This activity would be great for high school teachers. The student gets to practice putting together and tearing apart DNA strands. The site explains how the process happens in real life also. I have used the pbs site for other activities in my classroom. They have great activities for all grade levels on their site.

Hillary,
ReplyDeleteI have used pbs for activities in the classroom as well! They have excellent lessons for social studies. However, this article didn't interest me as much because I don't have a real science mind. My passion is in social studies, so I had a hard time getting through some of the information on that page!
I like the conversation between you and Ben.
